To cancel a session please contact us ASAP in advance, either by telephone or email. You will receive a cancellation confirmation.
Less than 24 hrs notice – you will be charged for the full cost of the session as we are unable to fill spaces at short notice.
More than 24 hrs notice but less than 7 days – we will be able to provide a credit that can be used to book a future session.
More than 7 days notice – full refund given, or you can choose to receive a credit to use towards future sessions.
1st Aid Courses – generally no refunds/credits unless in exceptional circumstances. This will be considered on an individual basis.
